Elite Pet Care takes your privacy seriously and will only use the information on this form to contact you as per your request. The information provided will only be saved if you book either our dog walking or dog training services. We do not share or pass your information to any third parties.

You have the right to see the information that we hold on you at any time, by submitting a Subject Access Request (SAR) in writing by contacting us as shown below.
